Ever since I first visited there, I've always felt how I want to live up there someday. It's like Seattle... except it doesn't smell bad... despite the huge sulfur mounds at the ports...
The Victoria-to-Tacoma comparison is much greater, though. Inner-city Tacoma is awful while Victoria is pretty nice... comparably at least... <_<
